What do you think are the qualities of a good dancer? Passion, Style and Technique (In that order)

As a teacher, what is your main goal each convention weekend? Really just to give the students a class that they can get lost in for that hour and hopefully after feel inspired.

What one thing would you like all young dancers to walk away with after each weekend workshop? Confidence about their individuality!
